NapanBe provides an online marketplace for buying, selling, and swapping vehicles in Northern Cyprus. We offer AI-powered pricing intelligence, vehicle listings, and swap matching services. We are a platform connecting buyers and sellers; we are not a party to any transaction between users.
User Accounts
When creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be responsible for all activity under your account
Vehicle Listings
When creating listings, you represent and warrant that:
- All information provided is accurate and not misleading
- You have legal authority to sell the vehicle
- The vehicle can be legally sold in Northern Cyprus
Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
- List stolen vehicles or conduct illegal transactions
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
- Interfere with the platform's operation or security
Limitation of Liability
NapanBe provides the platform 'as is' without warranties. We are not responsible for the accuracy of listings, the quality of vehicles, or the conduct of users. We are not liable for any damages arising from transactions between users. You use the platform at your own risk.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification.
